To each partnership, GeneSegues contributes research and development expertise, as well as access to our proprietary technologies. The goal of these partnerships is the development of highly differentiated products that address significant therapeutic and diagnostic challenges and offer superior commercialization potential.
s50 RNAi Delivery Platform
We are establishing partnerships with drug developers to deliver their RNAi molecules into the specific tissues or cells necessary to treat the indication of interest. The RNAi molecules are readily formulated in modular sub-50 nanometer (s50) capsules through a scalable process.
- Cargo: encapsulated single or double strand RNAi, or shRNA plasmids.
- Targeting moiety: peptides, proteins, antibodies, or carbohydrates, as desired (potentially including GeneSegues’ proprietary tumor-targeting or hepatocyte-targeting protein ligands).
- Method of administration: intravenous or subcutaneous.
s50-based Product Program
We are also pursuing partnerships to develop two s50-based preclinical products discovered in the course of s50 optimization.
- Formulated single-strand RNAi compositions and uses.
- s50 companion imaging diagnostics.
